We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. we value your money and will not like to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use.

We offer a very simple and easy 7 days return policy to you. A coupon code equivalent to the return product value will be shared for your future purchases.   Please note the below for returning your Personage Boutique purchases:

Inform: Share the photo and tags of the products(s) you need to return. This should be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you received the product. You can Email us at personageboutique@gmail.com to inform us about your return and we will call you back to explain you the process.

Return: The product should be back to us within 5 days from the day you receive from Personage Boutique. The cost of the shipping will be borne by the customer. The product should be in it, original and unused condition. 

Refunds: We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if product(s) is damaged, washed or changed. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product and share the tracking details when the product shipped.
